⚠️ What You Should Do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled self-balancing scooters/hoverboards and contact Razor for instructions on how to obtain a prepaid shipping carton to send the GLW battery pack back to Razor, and to receive a free replacement battery pack. Note: Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding COVID-19, there may be some delays receiving the replacement battery packs. Consumers can contact Razor USA LLC toll-free at 1-866-467-2967 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, or online at company's website. For more information, consumers may contact Health Canada Consumer Product Safety at cps-spc@hc-sc.gc.ca. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
