⚠️ What You Should Do
Consumers should immediately stop using the blender part of the recalled product and contact Conair for a free replacement blade assembly. The consumer will receive instructions on how to install the replacement blade assembly after discarding the existing blade assembly and after verifying disposal of the existing blade assembly. The juice extractor is unaffected and may continue to be used.For more information, consumers can contact Conair Consumer Products ULC at 1-866-729-2389 Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm EST, by email at consumer_recall@cuisinart.ca, or visit www.cuisinart.ca. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Conair Consumer Products ULC. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
