Expanded Recall: IKEA LETTAN Mirror recalled due to injury hazard

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled LETTAN mirrors. IKEA urges all customers who own an affected LETTAN mirror to stop using it, and to order replacement wall fittings free of charge.
