⚠️ What You Should Do
Consumers should immediately secure the recalled product out of sight and reach of children and contact Procter & Gamble. A pre-paid gift card, a cabinet latch and an empty replacement bag with a child-resistant closure will be provided to impacted consumers.For more information, consumers can contact Procter & Gamble at 1-833-347-5764, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, Saturday or online at tide.ca/bags or ilovegain.com/bags (English) and tide.ca/sacs or jadoregain.ca/sacs (French). Consumers must provide a photo of the barcode and the lot number, which can be found on the bottom of the bag. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
