Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled APOTHEKE Pumpkin Ginger 3 Wick Candles sold between June 2024 and January 2025 from batch CB-240603. Consumers should complete the Product Feedback Form online at https://apothekeco.com/pages/candlerecall to receive a credit or refund. Consumers can also reach out to recall@apothekeco.com, and they will receive a response from Customer Service requesting a receipt or a photo of the candle with a picture of the date on a piece of paper. Customer Service can also be reached at 718-596-1534 between 9 am and 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and APOTHEKE.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
