Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled KidKraft Farm to Table Model Play Kitchen and contact Backyard Kids for free replacement hooks. Ensure that the play kitchens are always securely anchored against a wall using the tip-over prevention kits that were provided with these units. The company will provide new tip-over prevention kits upon request.For instructions on how to remove the units’ existing hooks and to participate in the recall, consumers should visit www.kidkraft.com/pages/recall, send an email to recall@kidkraft.com, or call toll-free 1-800-822-0234, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Backyard Kids, LLC.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
