Consumers with the affected units will receive a free repair kit containing two replacement ¼ inch spreader bolts, washers, and lock nuts with installation instructions. For more information, consumers can contact Louisville Ladder Corp. by telephone at 1-888-679-5132, from  8:00 A.M. to  5:00 P.M.
