Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Char-Broil to obtain a repair kit.To register for the recall and request a free repair kit, customers should use the online order form at charbroil.com/BistroProFix. The repair kit consists of instructions for accessing and securing the grounding wire connection, the tools required to perform the repair (long-extension screwdriver and 5/16” (8mm) wrench), and a label to place on the unit to certify that the rework has been performed.
